What we do

We find, verify, and organize legitimate design job openings from across the U.S., then present them in one clean place — with a direct link to each employer's own application page. When you click "Apply," you leave JOBVELLA and apply on the hiring company's website. We never process applications ourselves.

How jobs get listed

Our listings are discovered through a combination of automated research and curation, with a strong preference for primary sources: employer career pages and official applicant-tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and similar platforms run by the employer). Each listing is checked against the employer's own posting before it appears on JOBVELLA. You can read exactly how this works in our Job Sourcing & Editorial Policy.

What we are not

JOBVELLA is not a hiring employer, a staffing agency, or a recruiter. We do not post jobs on behalf of companies, we do not collect job applications, and we do not influence hiring decisions. We are an independent discovery layer between job seekers and the companies actually doing the hiring.

Our standard

We would rather list fewer jobs than list bad ones. If a posting can't be verified against an employer's own source, it doesn't get published. If an employer closes a role, we update or remove the listing. Accuracy comes before volume — always.
