Job Overview
Ro, the vertically integrated healthcare platform, is hiring a Principal Product Designer — a senior individual contributor and member of Product Design leadership responsible for raising the quality, creativity, and craft of Ro's patient experience. The role is full-time, based in New York, NY or remote within the United States, reporting to the VP of Product Design.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead through the work: setting a high bar for visual and interaction design, tackling ambiguous problems across the patient journey, and helping the designers around you produce their best work. Your primary focus will be evolving Ro's Design System into a foundation for exceptional product experiences — including how the company enables AI-assisted design and development. You will bring strong creative direction, storytelling, and experimentation to the experiences that introduce people to Ro, and work closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing to shape what great experiences at Ro can become.
